Bowen Fascial Release Technique

Bowen Therapy is a remedial, relaxing, therapy which uses a series of moves with fingers and thumbs across muscle and soft tissue to assist in the alleviation of tension and pain. There is no hard adjustment or manipulation, the treatment is very gentle and subtle in order to help the body re-balance. The uniqueness of Bowen is that breaks are taken between moves to allow the brain to conceive what has been done and what is required in response which may result in relaxation, repair and re balance.

This is a treatment that can be done through light clothing and is holistic, the whole body is addressed not a particular symptom. Clients have experienced relief from pain, improvement in function and recovery of energy.
